第十八届全国绿博会成功举办的五个秘诀Five tips for the success of the 18th National Green Fair

经组委会初步统计,本届绿博会实现订单交易额29.2亿元,比上一年增长19.8%,达成意向成交金额超过30亿元,与外商拟签订经贸与技术投资合作项目667个,意向成交金额1.7亿元。回顾总结本届绿博会,其成功主要体现在或者给人印象较深的地方是以下5个方面。

一是宣传早,力度大。为了办好这届绿博会,主办地包头市政府、农牧业局,在绿博会举办前半年就着手启动对本届绿博会的全方位报道,3月18日专门在北京组织召开了新闻发布会,向几十家媒体宣传了本届绿博会的总体安排,扩大了社会影响,还通过网络、广电、报纸、杂志、移动媒体、道路广告、出租车广告等手段全面展开宣传。在楼宇、高速公路、城市天桥的醒目位置,张贴巨幅广告牌;利用电视、广播、报纸等媒体持续开展宣传报道;借助互联网、微信平台手段进行推送。在展前进行持续预热宣传,开展后又邀请了中央媒体、北京和内蒙古以及包头的报纸、电台、电视台、知名门户网站近50家媒体连续多篇滚动式报道。这都为吸引业界人士和广大市民关注、参与绿博会发挥了重要作用。

二是规模大,人气旺。今年,中央提出推进农业供给侧结构性改革,增加绿色优质农产品供给,绿色食品、品牌农业越来越得到各级政府的重视。各地农业部门提早部署、积极组织、重点支持,企业参展积极性很高,河南、山东、湖北、吉林等展团落实绿博会筹备工作会议的各项部署,在征召企业、招商宣传、展位搭建、商务安排等方面,扎实有序地开展工作,为绿博会的成功举办贡献了重要力量。本届绿博会三会合一,展场总面积5万平方米,设置2000个国际标准展位及公共区域。绿博会共有34个展团,共设立802个标准展位,参展企业1683家,其中国家、省级龙头企业有693家;参展产品8012个,其中初级产品2217个,加工产品4191个,其他产品1604个。场面气氛热烈空前,据统计,现场参观人数达到70万人次。包括中国烹饪协会会员单位的1300多家采购商的4000多名代表莅会、考察和采选产品。前来购买和参观的市民观众摩肩接踵、人头攒动,是历届博览会中人气最旺的一次。本届绿博会首次吸纳食品包装设计、机械装备制造等产品加入,以展示创意设计和最新技术成果,丰富了展览内容,更好地满足了产业界专业观众的需要。本届绿博会还首次开辟了交流互动专区,拓展了服务内容,活跃了展场气氛。此外,今年开辟了境外优质产品展区,来自俄罗斯、法国、韩国、朝鲜、马来西亚等120家国外企业参展,帮助国内企业进一步拓展了贸易领域和合作范围。
